The central login for the club’s web applications, outward-facing for the shop’s customers, internal for the departments.
Our own CAS implementation
The single sign-on was our own implementation of the CAS standard, not an off-the-shelf component, in two variants: external for the shop customers, internal for the departments. As a full-stack developer I evolved its backend and the admin interface used to manage it. Because every login runs through the SSO, on matchdays it was the shop’s highest-traffic service. The real work was getting those load spikes under control, so that fans could log in reliably. We started as a team of three, and later the main responsibility sat with me and one other developer.
