Coordination across departments

The planning system itself sat with the production planners. This piece brought the departments to one table: in the planning meetings they aligned their dates, with someone from production planning in the room to bring the timing together. As a full-stack developer and architect I built in backend and frontend, ran architecture and code reviews, gathered requirements, and supported the team on questions of architecture and development.
